Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines was widely criticized for being extremely buggy, but a fan patch purportedly fixes all that and makes it a great game. I haven't played it to know myself though, GOG doesn't have it. Outside of Troika, there's Warlords Battlecry 3, which has a fan patch that does a lot of stuff.
