Hello everyone, thank you VERY much in advance for any assistance you can give me. I've put about 5 hours into this problem already. Basically I'm trying to ghost windows workstations from a symantec ghost server plugged into an access port in vlan 1 on the Layer 3 CORE SWITCH to a PXE booted client workstation plugged into a different edge layer 2 switch in vlan 3. Unicast ghosting works fine so I have basic IP connectivity, it just seems to be a multicast problem. When you try a multicast ghost session the clients connect to the server and the session looks like it's going to go but then it hangs at: 'Waiting for Ghostcast session to start.' It has never worked in the past as this is a new thing we are trying (ghosting through a layer 3 routing switch to different vlans/subnets). Current non-working configs are below.
