Hello GuillaumeL, Welcome to the community! You probably need to configure the SNMP community on the switch first (the GS724Tv4 uses SNMPv1, v2 and v3). First make sure that the switch is connected to the network and configure it with the network information such as IP address, subnet mask, default gateway (I know you probably have done this already, but just because we need to make sure everything is done).
