Download Cacti Netgear Switch Template

Hello GuillaumeL, Welcome to the community! You probably need to configure the SNMP community on the switch first (the GS724Tv4 uses SNMPv1, v2 and v3). First make sure that the switch is connected to the network and configure it with the network information such as IP address, subnet mask, default gateway (I know you probably have done this already, but just because we need to make sure everything is done). For the snmp configuration, refer to the (page 56). Hopefully, this will fix the issue and let you monitor the switch via SNMP. If you have more questions, the community is happy to help. Hello, Thank you for your help.

Netgear Switch Configuration

My device is well setting: 0.0.0.0 / 0.0.0.0 / public / Readonly / enable i don't use TRAP. Settings are OK (i think) because if i test by using PRTG i can monitor all interfaces with success. Problem is between GS724tv4 and my Debian Cacti Server. From my debian server: snmpwalk -v 2c -t 30 -c public IP_OF_MY_GS724 falling in time out CactiServer running on a PC on VLAN ID=10 PRTG running on a PC on VLAN1 ID=1 GS724tV4 is 'on' VLAN ID = 1 (Management VLAN ID too). Nt6 Hdd Installer Windows 8.

Solved: Here's a Cacti host template that I put together, tested on SRX100, started with a smaller template for an EX series so it should be generic.
